Conditions at languages for Fun

• Group lessons are to be paid by term. All lessons are not taking place during Vaud school vacation. In case of Absence, the lessons cannot be reimbursed nor replaced.
• Private lessons are to be paid by ten lessons. They can be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
• Conversation clubs are to be paid by ten lessons and to be used over 15 weeks. They can be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
• Lessons are to be paid in advance. Invoices are sent by email and the payment can be done by wire transfer, twint or in cash.
• For the camps, payment is excepted  in advance, 2 weeks prior to the camp, at the latest.  In case of cancellation 2 weeks before the camp, a full refund can be received. If the cancellation is done one week before the camp, a 50% is refunded. After that, there is no refund. In case of absence (accident or illness and with a medical certificate), the camp is not refunded but the amount can be used for other lessons during the year.
• IMPORTANT : public liability, sickness or accident is covered by the client’s insurance.
